HSR-100 is specially designed formulation for removal of stubborn stains, particularly, loom oil stains from texturised polyester fabrics without hand spotting. The product is also suitable for stain removal of polyester/cellulosic and polyester/wool blends since it does not affect the cellulosic or wool component.
Due to excellent stability at high temperatures and alkaline pH, it can be used in the weight reduction of polyester.

Application

HSR-100 can be appl ied on j et, jigger or rope scouring mach ines. The product can be appl ied at 55-1 30 deg. C at following concentration
0.5 – 2% HSR-100 - Pad application
For stubborn stains, pad w ith 5-1 0 g/HSR-100, b atch overnight and scour as per nor mal scouri ng with ot her chemicals.
Precautions
Storage : Store in cool, ve nti lated shed away from heat an d direct sun light. Storage tempe ra t ure should not exceed 35 deg C. Close l id s firmly to
avoid contact w ith air and moistur e.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manu facturi ng, if stored under controlled conditions.
